Job Description As Restaurant Manager , you will be responsable for operation of our gastronomic restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service while creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest. You will be a highly visible presence in the restaurant and hotel Your responsibilities will include: Working with the management team to delevop and communicate the gastronomic offer Leading, motivating and supervising the restaurant team Ensuring consistently excellent standards of service, presentation and attention to detail. Welcoming guests and developing genuine relationships with both new and returning clients. Managing reservations, table allocation, guest flow and special requests. Handling guest feedback or complaints with confidence, empathy and discretion. Managing rotas, staffing levels and labour efficiency. Supporting food and beverage cost control and restaurant profitability. Contributing ideas and taking initiative to continuously improve both the restaurant and the overall guest experience.

About the Role Reporting directly to the founders, the Head of Finance will lead the Finance Department and oversee all financial activity across the Group.This is a hands-on leadership role spanning operational finance, international financial management and strategic business support; central to the continued growth of an ambitious, fast-moving international company. Location: Remote Key Responsibilities • Lead the Finance Department across all Group entities, • Manage revenue collection, invoicing, payments, treasury and cash flow, • Coordinate external accountants, tax advisors and auditors across multiple jurisdictions, • Prepare monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts and KPI dashboards, • Ensure compliance, financial controls and efficient finance processes, • Support the Group Holding structure, international expansion and strategic projects, • Improve finance systems, reporting and automation, • Oversee the financial administration of the LUX Tennis Membership Club, • Present financial performance and recommendations directly to the founders, • Supervise a Finance Intern or Junior Finance Assistant as the business grows Candidate Profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, • Minimum 7 years' experience in a finance leadership role, • Track record in an international or multi-entity environment, • Strong financial reporting, budgeting and analytical skills, • Advanced Excel, • Fluent English essential; Spanish and/or French an advantage, • Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently at pace Why Join LUX Tennis?
