We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Spain included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Spain employer. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join on-site team in Valencia. You will support the achievement of sales targets and overall service quality. The role includes comprehensive training, modern tools, and ongoing guidance to ensure strong performance and professional development. Achieve set sales targets and maximize sales opportunities. Meet contractual sales goals and KPIs. Contribute to initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. Address billing-related questions by clearly explaining account details. Dutch language at C2 level English language at C1 level Previous experience in Sales is required. Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 .
