At Carrots Lab , we’re looking for a creative and driven Brand Content Strategist Intern to help us bring our brand to life across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO and brand team to craft behind-the-scenes content, highlight our startup journey, and engage a growing audience—especially Gen Z. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Brand Content Strategist Intern , you’ll help craft and manage content that tells the authentic story of Carrots and supports our brand’s voice and mission. You’ll: • Contribute to the planning and execution of content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok., • Capture and repurpose behind-the-scenes content from internal meetings, events, and team moments., • Help maintain and follow a content calendar aligned with company goals and launches., • Research industry and Gen Z trends to suggest fresh, relevant ideas., • Analyze performance of content (engagement, reach, audience growth) and share insights., • Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency., • Support the CEO and Brand Content Strategist in shaping the brand narrative. WHAT YOU HAVE • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or similar., • Deep interest in brand storytelling , social media, and community building., • Solid understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok., • Excellent written communication skills in English., • Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to experiment., • Comfort working with Notion, Google Workspace, and Canva (or similar tools). NICE TO HAVE • Experience managing personal, student or professional projects on social media., • Familiarity with content analytics (engagement rate, reach, sentiment)., • Interest in the startup ecosystem or founder-led brands., • Knowledge of video formats and content repurposing., • A good eye for design, tone, and visual storytelling.
