As a Sales Development Representative (Inbound OR Outbound) to help us grow in the Spanish market , you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities in the Spanish market. You will work with both inbound leads OR outbound prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline and support revenue growth. Cold calling & messaging: run high-volume, high-quality outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and sequences—testing angles and improving over time. Discovery & qualification: qualify prospects using structured frameworks (e.g., Pipeline discipline: maintain accurate data in HubSpot (or equivalent), logging activities and keeping the funnel clean. Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Sales,Marketing, and Operations to refine ICP, messaging, sequences, and campaign learnings. Continuous optimization: test and refine scripts, sequences, CTAs, and qualification criteria to improve conversion rates and sales velocity. 1–2 years in SDR/BDR or sales roles (ideally SaaS or digital). Languages: native-level Spanish + professional English. Experience with HubSpot. Fluent Italian speaker Experience working with e-commerce, marketing, or customer experience teams . Interest in conversational marketing or WhatsApp Business tools . HubSpot (or Salesforce), calling tools (Aircall or similar), sequencing/automation tools (Apollo,Lemlist, etc.). Familiarity with ICP, lead scoring, pipeline, MQL/SQL, and outbound metrics. Experience with e-commerce / retail / customer care businesses. Interest or knowledge in WhatsApp Business / conversational marketing / automation. Methodical approach: scripts, sequences, A/B testing, reporting, and KPI tracking.
