We are looking for an Off-Plan Sales Agent to join the Dils Lucas Fox New Developments team in Barcelona. Lucas Fox is recognized for its strong portfolio in prime locations and for delivering high-quality services to an international client base, with presence in Spain, Andorra, Portugal, and France. Dils brings over 50 years of experience and a strong presence in Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal, leading innovation across the Office, Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, and Residential sectors. This is an opportunity to join a structured, high-performing team and contribute to the development of exclusive residential projects. Exclusive commercialization of a high-end new development project , from early pre-sales stage through to deal closure. End-to-end management of off-plan sales , including detailed explanation of the project concept, architecture, finishes, unit typologies, pricing, and construction timeline. Expert advisory to HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) and international investors throughout the entire decision-making process. Management and follow-up of qualified leads generated through national and international channels. Delivery of commercial presentations and organization of visits to sales offices, showrooms, and development sites. Negotiation of commercial terms within the framework established by the developer. Direct coordination with the developer, architects, project managers, and internal teams (marketing, legal, and after-sales). Preparation of sales reports and monitoring of commercial targets. Representation of the project and the brand in line with premium standards of image, confidentiality, and commercial excellence. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in exclusive new development sales, preferably in off-plan projects. Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory ). A third language is highly valued (French, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic, etc.). Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to close long-cycle sales processes. Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and full ownership of an exclusive project. Experience leading the commercialization of exclusive projects from early stages. Experience in branded residences or internationally positioned developments. Active professional network and strong business development capabilities.
