Senior Social Media Specialist & Content Lead Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering us for your next move. We hope the next few minutes give you a real feel for who we are, what we're building, and why this might be the most exciting role you've come across in a long time. FIRSTLY, WHO IS ZABÓN? Zabón is one of the fastest-growing natural cleaning brands in Spain, trusted by hundreds of thousands of families seeking healthier and more sustainable cleaning solutions. Committed to making cleaning safe and environmentally conscious, Zabón offers100% natural formulas made with pure essential oils. Our products are non-toxic, sustainable, and deliver an incredible aroma without compromise. At Zabón, we believe a healthy lifestyle starts at home, and we are proud to lead the way in revolutionizing the cleaning industry. WHY IS THIS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY? (why we're even hiring) Most brands hire their organic growth lead once they've already figured themselves out. Once the brand voice is set, the playbook is written, the social channels are humming. You walk in and maintain the feed. This is the opposite. Zabón is at the inflection point. We have the audience, the story, the product, and the growth. What we don't have yet is the organic presence to match it. That's where you come in. You'd be one of our first senior hires, the person who builds Zabón's organic presence from the ground up. Helping shape the strategy, the content, and the brand voice. In three years, you'll be able to point at the brand and say "I helped make that." THE ROLE We're looking for an Organic Growth Lead to own how Zabón shows up organically, starting with Instagram and expanding into new channels over time. This is a strategy-led role with a doer's mindset. The brain comes first. You're the one coming up with ideas, formats, angles, and campaigns no one else in the category is doing. And when speed matters more than polish, you're picking up an iPhone and shooting it yourself. It's a role with a lot of moving parts, a lot of variety, and a lot of room to grow as the brand grows. You won't get bored. Day to day You own the organic content strategy, not just executing it, but shaping it. Built off the marketing calendar and brand vision we define together, you’ll turn ideas into content that actually moves people: writing performance-driven hooks, crafting scroll-stopping copy, and briefing creators to get the absolute best out of them. This is hands-on. You’ll pick up your phone for quick wins, build carousels in Canva or with AI, and be in the room on creator shoot days — from idea to execution. Our editors support you, but the creative direction is yours. Posting is yours too: timing, frequency, positioning — you control how the brand shows up. You’ll work side by side with the founder, involved in the decisions that actually shape the brand. Not watching from the sidelines , building it. Every week, you close the loop: reading performance, spotting what’s working, and evolving the strategy fast. This isn’t a role where you’re a small piece of a big machine. It’s a chance to take real ownership, see how a brand is built from the ground up, and grow with it as it scales. Who we're looking for You must be switched on, ambitious, have a positive attitude and a desire to learn new things, as well as the ability to pick yourself up after making mistakes. • 3–5 years' experience in social media/b organic, ideally within ecommerce or a DTC brand, • Based in Barcelona (non-negotiable). Around 30% of the role is in-person for shoots, content creation, and team collaboration, • Fluent in Spanish and English, • You have strong creative instincts and can generate original ideas consistently, • You're confident on camera when needed, • You have a good design eye and good editing skills (video and visual content), • You're plugged into how content is evolving (formats, trends, AI tools) and actively use that to move faster and better, • Understanding of eco-friendly and sustainability-focused branding is a plus, • You deeply understand Spanish culture, aesthetics, and consumer behaviour. You know what resonates locally and what feels off, • Work smart and do work you're proud of, • Your time is your own. Manage it well, • Always be learning, • Embrace failure, we learn the most when we make mistakes We'd rather be straight with you about what this role is and isn't. The right person will read this and lean in. Pros • You're joining one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in Spain at the inflection point. When this brand is huge, you'll have helped build it., • Real ownership. You own organic, end to end. No layers, no committee, no waiting for permission, • Direct access to the founder. You're working with Pauline, not three layers of corporate, • Strategy in the morning, briefing creators in the afternoon, shooting content the day after, • A founder story and a product people genuinely care about. The reviews are emotional, not transactional, • Speed. Decisions get made the same day, not after three weeks of meetings, • Process is light. We move fast, which means you won't get handed a 50-page playbook. You'll be the one writing it, • Workload ebbs and flows. Campaign weeks are heavy, gap weeks are calmer. Some people love it, some don't, • You'll wear several hats. If you only want to do strategy, or only want to shoot, this isn't the right role for you. You need to be comfortable being an exceptional individual contributor that is doing the doing., • Hybrid working. 30% in-person in Barcelona for shoots and content days, 70% flexible, • Work alongside the founder and a small, ambitious team at one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in Spain, • HIghly competitive salary based on experience (TBC, happy to discuss on a call), • Performance-based bonus, • 25 days' holiday plus Spanish public holidays, • Brand product allowance. Never run out of Zabón, • Work Macbook Looking forward to hearing from you.
