Sales Manager: This role requires a results-driven, hands-on sales professional with strong execution, people management, and international customer-facing skills. The International Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day international sales activities, driving revenue across multiple markets through active pipeline management, and supporting the sales team to consistently achieve targets. The ideal candidate has proven experience closing international deals, managing key global accounts, and coaching sales team members through a practical, performance-focused leadership style. The role involves coordinating daily international sales operations, monitoring performance by market, ensuring effective follow-up with international clients, and building strong, long-term relationships that support the company's international growth objectives. Key responsibilities: Reporting to the Commercial Director, the International Sales Manager's responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to: • Develop, lead, and inspire a culture of results, accountability, personal & professional growth, and collaboration within the international sales team., • Drive the commercialization of hospitality services across international markets, diversifying the client portfolio into high-value sectors and increasing the contribution of international customers in line with the company's growth and profitability objectives., • Lead the planning and execution of outbound international sales efforts, including lead scoring and assignment, product launches, campaign design and management, and sales activations for premium hospitality products., • Design and execute B2B international prospecting strategies to generate new sales opportunities, run outbound premium campaigns, and consistently exceed revenue targets., • Commercialize high-end hospitality products to international VIP clients, C-level executives, corporate decision-makers, and high-net-worth individuals through outbound sales calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations., • Deliver and lead high-impact sales presentations and host tailored sales events for current and prospective international clients., • Collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure accurate management of international customer and prospect data, and the efficient, strategic distribution of leads by market. To perform this role successfully, the candidate must be able to execute each essential duty at a high level. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)., • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within premium hospitality, sports, travel, or experiential products, with exposure to international markets., • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals with international clients., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders., • Strong experience setting up, running, and closing sales meetings, with the ability to effectively pitch premium products in an international context., • Solid understanding of the international corporate sector and demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers., • Highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments and markets., • Languages:, • English: Native level (mandatory), • Spanish: Professional working proficiency, • 25 days of annual leave., • Paid sick leave from day one., • Employee Assistance Program., • Life insurance coverage.
