Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CMS Content Lead that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. Serve as the strategic and operational point of contact for content editors within the CMS team and across the business. The Content Lead provides guidance, operational support, and ensures content quality and consistency. Lead and mentor CMS editors to ensure consistent content quality. • Act as backup for the PM during PTO or absence, ensuring continuity in planning and execution., • Maintain and update CMS training materials, incorporating platform changes., • Apply UX principles to guide content structure, readability, and user engagement., • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines., • Use Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation., • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Drupal CMS., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to step into a PM role when needed., • Proven ability to lead and mentor content editors., • Solid understanding of UX principles and their application to digital content.
