You will work closely with Trading, Risk, CRM, Marketing, Content and Customer Support teams to directly contribute to business performance and long-term growth. /p pThis is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, regulated environment, ideal for someone passionate about sports betting who wants to develop their career within a leading sportsbook operation. /p h3Main Accountabilities Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor betting activity, markets and liabilities to identify risks, trends and commercial opportunities /li liAnalyze daily risk and performance reports, identifying exposure and taking corrective actions when required /li liSupport and propose continuous improvements to risk management strategies, processes and controls /li liTake full ownership of sportsbook content and promotional calendars, ensuring all on‑site and off‑site content is accurate, compliant, relevant and fully up to date /li liAct as a key point of contact for sportsbook promotions execution, ensuring correct setup, validation, QA and customer-facing visibility /li liReview and analyze the quality of trading across sports, leagues, markets and selections, providing clear recommendations for improvement /li liProfile and manage different types of sportsbook customers, considering behaviour, preferences and risk profiles /li liWork closely with CRM, Content and Marketing teams to design, execute and optimise promotions, campaigns and engagement initiatives /li liCoordinate with Product, Frontend and Tech teams to ensure sportsbook features, promotions and content are correctly implemented across web, mobile and app /li liValidate end-to-end promotional flows, including rewards, payments, settlements and customer experience /li liCollaborate closely with the Risk Prevention Fraud department to identify, investigate and prevent sportsbook-related fraud /li liHandle sportsbook-related customer service queries and escalations, providing clear, timely and accurate responses /li liContribute proactively to the continuous development and enhancement of sportsbook tools, workflows and processes, driving efficiency, quality and scalability /li liDemonstrate a mindset of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, always aiming for operational excellence and flawless execution /li /ul h3What’s Needed For Success – Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent professional level of English and Spanish /li liDemonstrable experience working in a Sportsbook or sports betting environment /li liStrong passion for sports and betting, with a solid understanding of sportsbook operations and lifecycle /li liKnowledge or experience of the Spanish regulated betting market /li liHighly professional attitude with strong ownership and accountability /li liProven ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment /li liProactive, well organized and highly detail oriented /li liStrong ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liGrowth opportunities through development programmes, leadership training and industry certifications /li liInternational exposure and collaboration across our global business /li liHybrid working model and colleague support networks /li liPension scheme, bonus programmes, private medical insurance and life insurance /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
