About the Role As an Embryologist at Gameto, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical implementation and expansion of Fertilo across partner IVF centers. This role requires strong embryology knowledge, a solid understanding of IVF laboratory operations, and the ability to work closely with clinical, commercial, and research teams to integrate a novel IVM product into practice. You will contribute to training, protocol adaptation, troubleshooting, site support, and clinical program execution to help ensure successful product adoption and performance. We are looking for an independent yet highly collaborative professional who is comfortable working across clinical and operational settings in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident engaging with partner clinics, supporting implementation efforts, and helping bring new embryology technologies into routine clinical use. This role may require travel to partner sites to support implementation, training, and ongoing clinical success. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with commercial and clinical teams, including lab directors, embryologists, and clinical practitioners, to support the integration of Fertilo into IVF laboratory workflows and clinical practice., • Support implementation and training efforts at partner clinics by helping adapt protocols, equipment, and laboratory practices to enable successful adoption and effective use of Fertilo., • Provide ongoing operational and technical support to clinical sites, including troubleshooting issues, monitoring implementation progress, and helping ensure optimal product performance., • Work with partner clinic procurement teams to support access to Fertilo and required ancillary materials, including culture media and supplements, to help maintain continuity of clinical operations., • Collaborate with research and clinical teams to support clinical research programs, including site coordination, data collection, data audits, site audits, deviation tracking, and related clinical activities., • Contribute to the communication of Fertilo's clinical and operational value to prospective and active partner clinics, supporting broader implementation efforts in Spanish-speaking markets., • Maintain detailed and accurate records and follow established procedures, quality expectations, and clinical research standards relevant to the role., • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline; a degree in Reproductive Biology is preferred., • Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows and core embryology techniques, including oocyte search and identification, denuding and stripping, ICSI, biopsy for PGT-A, and cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos., • Clinical experience in an IVF laboratory setting is highly valued., • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English., • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is highly valued., • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical, research, commercial, and operations teams., • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support training, cross-functional coordination, and clinic-facing implementation efforts., • A proactive, self-starting mindset suited to a fast-paced and evolving clinical environment., • Experience supporting implementation of new clinical or laboratory technologies in IVF settings is valued., • Experience contributing to clinical research activities, including data collection, monitoring, audits, and deviation management, is valued.
