What You’ll Be doing: As our Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales and Growth, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a globally focused sales function, helping to ensure priorities, communication, and workflows run smoothly and efficiently. Supporting our Sales Director based in Spain, this role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities across international teams and time zones. You will play a key role in coordinating communication, supporting sales operations, preparing reports and documentation, and helping facilitate strong relationships both internally and externally. This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who enjoys being highly organised, staying one step ahead, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days WFH (Work from Home) and 3 days onsite/office. Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing: • Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Director of Sales and Growth, • Manage calendars, appointments, travel coordination, and meeting schedules across international time zones, • Organise team meetings, sales calls, and internal check-ins, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation, • Gather and prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and relevant paperwork for meetings, • Assist with sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking, • Support onboarding and facilitation of new accounts, distributors, and clients, • Conduct market and competitor research to support business growth initiatives, • Coordinate follow-up actions, monitor deliverables, and help ensure deadlines are achieved, • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation, • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams, • Provide project coordination and administrative support across various business initiatives, • Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required About You You are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. You enjoy supporting senior leaders, building strong working relationships, and bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-moving environment. You are approachable, collaborative, and communicate confidently with people across all levels of the business. You thrive in team environments, enjoy working with others, and contribute positively to workplace culture through your professionalism, reliability, and willingness to support wherever needed. Further to that, our ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Sales Administration, or similar senior support role preferred, • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams, • Strong administrative, coordination, and project management skills, • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Confidence preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation, • Proficiency across Microsoft Office and CRM systems, • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team, • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability, • Experience working across international markets or time zones preferred, • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, • Experience supporting premium consumer, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or global retail brands is highly regarded, particularly within commercially driven and brand-focused environments, • A positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business If you’re looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced global business where you can make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
