The role in a nutshell You will work directly with the Management Level at HUBBLR and HUBBLR AI to refine the online presence of our existing services AND validate new ventures and product ideas. We're looking to build for a growth engine with creative approaches and a modern take on technology that can be reutilized for other "business in the box" projects, hence this role is very much hands-on with an ambition for you to fail and learning fast in the different ideas we develop together. We expect an AI first thinking. The role is designed as a part time role (~5h/Week) and can be extended in university/semester break or if you apply outside of a university rhythm as a part time role. Your Responsibilities • You will be joining a growing team, located in Münster, Hamburg, Mannheim, Valencia., • Together with our management team you will be working mainly on developing and validating new growth hacking ideas, • You will support us in setting up campaigns, analyzing the results and taking decisions for iterative improvements, • You will own together with the management growth KPIs and contributing to the revenue growth committed for next year, • You will help develop a growth engine that should be reusable in different other ventures HUBBLR is involved in, including new business in the box ambitions Your Qualifications • High interest in Growth / Marketing or Sales, • High ambition to be hands on, owning the work you take on, • Native understanding of Social Selling / Social Media and ability / ambitions to develop a viral following, • Communication skills for constructive team feedback (must-have), • Analytical thinking & MVP mindset (must-have), • Fluent in English (must-have), • Ability to work independently on tasks (must-have), • Living in Mannheim/Frankfurt/Valencia/Münster or close by (must-have), • Perk: previous experience in growth/marketing/sales related jobs, • An entrepreneurial mindset, • A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.

    En Escuela de Ciencia buscamos un/a consultor/a senior especializado/a en programación y desarrollo de videojuegos, con experiencia en el ámbito educativo, para liderar la creación de la programación didáctica de Codelab, nuestra línea de formación en programación de videojuegos para niños y jóvenes. El objetivo del proyecto es diseñar un plan pedagógico completo, que incluya guías metodológicas, materiales didácticos, ejemplos y actividades prácticas, asegurando la calidad y coherencia educativa del área. Funciones principales • Diseñar y estructurar la programación didáctica de Codelab., • Elaborar guías pedagógicas y materiales didácticos adaptados a distintas edades y niveles., • Desarrollar ejemplos, actividades y videojuegos educativos de referencia., • Coordinarse estrechamente con el equipo docente para integrar la programación en el marco educativo global. Requisitos • Experiencia sólida en formación en programación de videojuegos para niños y adolescentes., • Amplia trayectoria en desarrollo de videojuegos y dominio de distintos lenguajes de programación., • Conocimientos de pedagogía aplicada a la enseñanza STEAM., • Capacidad de comunicación clara y trabajo colaborativo. Condiciones • Proyecto temporal de aproximadamente 2 meses., • Media jornada (flexible, según planificación del proyecto)., • Colaboración directa con el equipo de Escuela de Ciencia (modalidad presencial o híbrida a convenir).
