Your mission As a Growth Specialist you will identify business opportunities, you will own the end-to-ending campaign process, from strategic planning to execution and comprehensive reporting, follow up on key performance indicators campaigns and report on relevant areas, including funnels stages and conversions, manage agency partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, media and product. The role also involves adapting and localizing global initiatives to ensure cultural relevance and impact. Responsabilities • Define and execute a sustainable growth strategy to expand Mundo Slots, balancing user volume and quality to maximize profitability, • Mentor the creative team, ensuring data-driven ad creative development that resonates with target audiences and enhances campaign performance, • Develop and refine UA, Retargeting and ASO strategies to hit and exceed key ROAS and CPA benchmarks, ensuring optimal budget allocation and efficiency, • Ensure marketing operations are aligned with business goals, and propose new growth tactics., • Manage full campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and performance tracking, • Optimize and expand marketing efforts across all media channels, • Manage agency and partners relationships, including briefing, timelines, contracts, budgets, setup, and end-to-end delivery, • Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions, working closely with Product, Creative, and Data teams to align growth efforts with game design and monetization, • Track campaign performance and support reporting, optimization, and knowledge sharing, • Define key growth KPIs and build dashboards or reporting systems for visibility and make data-driven decisions, • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, • Guide the development of sales presentations and analysis of growth campaigns, • Contribute to the definition of processes, standards, and best practices for growth and innovation, • Help in definition and execution of our SEO and SEM growth strategy, aligned with company OKRs and growth objectives, • Conduct regular SEO audits and help with the implementation Hard Skills • +3 years of experience in mobile growth marketing role in F2P games, • Strategic mindset, able to balance short-term UA/Retargeting/ASO performance with long-term growth and monetization strategies for mobile games, • Hands-on experience with SRN, non-SRN, MMPs and ASO, • Strong analytical skills, with solid expertise in Growth metrics and tools, • Expertise in creative-driven performance marketing, working alongside creative teams to develop high-impact ad assets, • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, cohorts, funnels, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making, • Fluent in English (written and verbal), • Experience in SEO & SEM is a plus Soft Skills • Proactive, self-driven, well-organized and energized by a performance- and result-oriented environment, • Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving structure without rigid hierarchies, • A test-and-learn mindset, curiosity, and a love for scaling things, • A game lover, • Careful about details, • Leader and team worker, • Enjoys solving problems, • Critical and outside-the-box thinker We offer • Hybrid work with offices in Sant Cugat, • Flexible working hours, • 23 days of flexible holidays, • Annual training plan, • Happy Hours and social activities, • Access to tax discounts from your public transport, kindergarten costs, training, health care insurance and restaurants tickets, • Access to platforms discounts
