Global Supply Manager – Aftermarket (Automotive / Fleet Operations) Build the supply chain behind the future of mobility. Location - Madrid (Remote Working) Pay Rate - €35-€40 per hr (€70,000-€80,000 Duration - 24 Months Minimum (2 Years) We are working with a cutting-edge technology business revolutionising autonomous vehicle systems and redefining urban mobility at scale. With significant investment and a proven platform already deployed globally, the business is now entering a critical phase of European fleet expansion—and supply chain is at the heart of it. They are seeking an Aftermarket-focused Global Supply Manager to take ownership of sourcing, commercialisation, and operational management of service and replacement parts across their fleet operations. The Opportunity This is a foundational role where you will establish and scale aftermarket supply chains from the ground up—ensuring critical components are sourced, qualified, and delivered seamlessly to support a rapidly expanding autonomous fleet. You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, fleet operations, and procurement, with full ownership of aftermarket supply continuity across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities • Source and onboard global suppliers for aftermarket automotive components (brakes, filters, wipers, glass, service parts), • Lead supplier qualification in collaboration with engineering, validation, and fleet teams, • Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including POs, requisitions, invoicing, and supplier setup, • Track lead times, shipments, shortages, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations, • Support fleet builds through inventory planning, forecasting, and availability management, • Own and manage blanket POs, quick-turn sourcing, and NPPV activity, • Drive supplier performance through regular reviews and operational metrics, • Partner with finance, SAP/ERP teams, and purchasing functions to resolve operational issues, • Maintain BOM tracking, part-level forecasting, and cost reporting, • Build dashboards and reporting to track spend, supplier performance, and operational trends What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in aftermarket supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management within automotive or engineering environments, • Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay workflows and operational supply chain processes, • Experience managing aftermarket/service parts within a complex, fast-paced organisation, • Advanced analytical capability (Excel, dashboards, spend tracking, forecasting), • Solid understanding of supplier operations, contract manufacturing, and commercial supply chains, • Experience managing shortages, logistics challenges, and supplier escalations, • Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations, and procurement teams, • Working knowledge of BOM structures and part-level forecasting, • Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in scaling environments Highly Desirable • Background as a Global Supply Chain Manager within an OEM environment, • Experience supporting fleet operations, mobility platforms, or autonomous vehicle programmes, • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, • Experience in aftermarket product qualification with engineering teams, • Exposure to NPI builds, rapid sourcing, or service parts commercialisation Why Join? • Be part of one of the most exciting technology transformations in mobility, • Take ownership of building a global aftermarket supply chain capability from scratch, • Play a critical role in European expansion and fleet deployment, • Work in a highly innovative, fast-scaling, engineering-led environment If you’re looking to step into a role where you can shape global supply chain strategy, build supplier networks, and directly enable next-generation mobility at scale, this is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact.
