Job Description Under the guidance of the Talent & Culture team, this internship position is designed to support the daily operations of the department, providing a learning experience in a dynamic and professional environment. The intern will actively collaborate with different teams on key initiatives such as Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, administrative management, and internal communication. Main responsibilities and learning tasks: Support in the organization and follow-up of recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, etc.). Assist in the onboarding process for new colleagues. Participate in internal communication and Employer Branding initiatives, including support with social media. Provide support with administrative tasks in the department (document management, database updates, digital filing, etc.). Availability of an internship agreement with an educational institution. No previous experience required, although academic or extracurricular experience in related areas will be valued.
