Role Overview This role is responsible for the daily analysis and management of fraud risks across the business, overseeing the end‑to‑end fraud protocol to minimise fraud-related costs. The position plays a key role in supporting clients and suppliers by monitoring, reporting, and communicating key fraud performance metrics, while proactively identifying new risks and proposing effective security measures. The role also manages relationships with external fraud service providers. Key Responsibilities • Detect and prevent fraud by analysing potentially fraudulent bookings, VCC payments, and credit card transactions., • Identify illegitimate activity involving fake clients, hotels, or hoteliers., • Reduce fraud costs by managing the end‑to‑end fraud protocol in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders., • Monitor and update client payment performance, maintaining daily reports and account reviews., • Optimise the chargeback process by analysing, preparing, and managing disputes., • Improve fraud visibility and awareness by reporting key figures and trends., • Identify emerging fraud risks and propose preventive security measures., • Manage relationships with external fraud suppliers. Experience • Proven experience in online payments and fraud management, including end‑to‑end fraud prevention, chargeback handling, dispute management, and risk mitigation., • Strong understanding of fraud detection techniques, online payment flows, and risk management principles., • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and sound judgement, able to interpret data, identify trends, and act proactively., • Effective communicator with experience working with internal teams, clients, and external fraud suppliers., • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment., • Strong Excel and technical skills, with full professional proficiency in English.
