MCEWEN SOFTWARE LIMITED is looking for a confident French-speaking Call Center Advisor to join our international team.
This is a work-from-home position for candidates based in France, with a focus on telephone communication with French-speaking businesses and professional contacts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your main responsibility will be to communicate professionally with businesses across France.
You will:
- Make outbound business calls to French-speaking companies.
- Speak with existing and potential business contacts.
- Introduce company services and provide general information.
- Follow up with contacts and maintain regular communication.
- Record relevant information from calls.
- Maintain professional relationships with business contacts.
- Work closely with our international team.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent French, both spoken and written.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate comfortably with businesses.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently from home.
- Previous experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Telesales, Business Development or a similar role is an advantage.
- A reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment.
Salary & Working Conditions
€2,400–€2,600 net per month, depending on experience.
This is a fixed monthly salary and is not commission-based.
