The Revenue Ops Manager ensures that every revenue lever, from SevenRooms configuration to new booking channels, is fully optimized, while preserving the guest experience and the DNA of Big Mamma. 🚀 Core Responsibilities \& Success Metrics REVENUE OPTIMIZATION \& BOOKING PERFORMANCE ‱ Act as the internal expert for SevenRooms across all restaurants., ‱ Define, implement and monitor yield strategies., ‱ Ensure optimized configuration: pacing rules, seating algorithms, dining durations, waitlists, booking flows in coordination with GMs. ‱ Adjust dynamically based on performance, seasonality, weather and demand patterns. BUSINESS PERFORMANCE \& REVENUE ANALYSIS ‱ Define and monitor key KPIs across booking, conversion and revenue in coordination with the data team, ‱ Monitor booking and revenue performance at restaurant and group level and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, ‱ Identify key growth levers (booking mix, channel performance, client mix...), ‱ Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations. OPERATIONS PARTNERSHIP \& TRAINING ‱ Train and support restaurant teams on SevenRooms and revenue best practices., ‱ Ensure strong adoption and execution., ‱ Collaborate closely with Ops on performance improvement and peak periods. MARKETING \& WEB PARTNERSHIP ‱ Support campaigns, events and seasonal activations via SevenRooms setup., ‱ Monitor and optimize booking performance during campaigns., ‱ Improve website-to-booking conversion with Web teams., ‱ Align booking logic with UX and customer journey. REVENUE PROJECTS \& CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT ‱ Lead cross-functional revenue projects., ‱ Launch and optimize new booking channels (partnerships, concierge, platforms...)., ‱ Coordinate with Product, Tech and Web teams on tools and integrations., ‱ Test new initiatives and measure impact.
