Axiōma Search was founded in 2024 by ___ and ___. The Role This is a broad, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of operations, marketing, and business administration. You'll work directly with Alex and Sacha to take things off their plate, bring structure to areas that need it, and own the external face of the brand across our website and social channels. But here's what makes this role different: we don't want someone who waits for a task list. We want someone who looks at how we operate, spots what's inefficient or missing, and tells us what they should be owning. You'll shape the role as much as we will. What you’ll do Operations • Own the day-to-day administrative running of the business – contracts, invoicing, vendor management, and anything that keeps things moving cleanly behind the scenes, • Manage relationships with our accountants in the UK and France, ensuring financial admin is accurate and timely, • Build and maintain internal processes and documentation – turning how we do things into systems anyone on the team can follow, • Support onboarding of new team members as we scale, • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the business and proactively propose solutions, • Anything else you identify Marketing • Own our website – keeping it current, accurate, and on-brand, • Own the Axiōma LinkedIn company page – content scheduling, consistency, and growth, • Support the founders with external-facing communications — announcements, campaign copy, • Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, • Bring ideas. If you see an opportunity we're not capitalising on, say so What we’re looking for • 2+ years in an operations, marketing, or business management role – ideally in a small, fast-moving environment where you've had to figure things out without a big team behind you, • Exceptional attention to detail – you catch things others miss and care about getting it right, • Excellent written and verbal communication in English – you'll be drafting external content that represents the brand, • French is a bonus – we work with accountants and partners on both sides of the Channel, • You're a self-starter who doesn't need a task list to be productive – you identify what needs doing and do it, • You're comfortable with ambiguity and see a broad remit as an opportunity, not a problem, • You bring structure to chaos rather than creating more of it, • You're not precious about the work – ops and marketing in a small business means wearing many hats and some of it is unglamorous What you’ll get • Base salary + discretionary bonuses/incentives, • A direct line to both founders – no layers, no politics, • Real ownership from day one – this isn't a support role, it's a builder role, • A front-row seat to how a specialist recruitment business gets built from the ground up, • Flexible, async-friendly setup built around trust and autonomy, • A role that grows with the business – as Axiōma scales, so does this position If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in high-ownership environments where people work hard, take initiative, and care about doing things properly – we'd love to hear from you.
