The company specialises in high-performance technical solutions for the construction ecosystem, with a clear strategic focus on sustainability and innovation. 💫 THE PROFILE • 15 years relevant work experience, of which at least 10 years of management experience in relevant industry, • Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or economics or equivalent education, • Soft skills : Leadership / negociation / communication, • Advanced level of English, French is a plus, • MS Office Applications, • Knowledge on SAP ECC and S4, focus on MM is a plus 💫THE PACKAGE • 90 000 € brut annual fixe, • Variable 10 000 €, • Company car, • Intéressement (1 000 €/year), • Participation (2 000 € / year), • Company restaurant, • Mutuelle / prévoyance, • Plant based in the center of Nantes, • Permanent contract – Full time - Statut cadre, • 2 days maximum of home office 💫 THE CONTEXT Ensure for the country supply of products, services, raw material and goods with focus on the achievement of targets on costs, quality, on-time deliveries, stock-level based on a group-wide aligned material group management. Owner of the local processes for project-, indirect- and direct procurement from an operational, strategic and financial perspective aligned with Group directives. Provide procurement related support for the country needs and implement the Group Procurement strategy into the local environment. Responsible for operationally managing Procurement team members located in the country without functional lead: supporting career planning and development, making sure that the Plant information is shared/cascaded with the team members, exchanging the best practises, alerting the direct management in needed. Furthermore, taking ownership of selective global initiative and group projects. Global Supplier Relationship Management responsibility for some local suppliers delegated and aligned with Group Procurement. Significant impact on Group EBIT considering purchasing spend and fulfilment of ongoing Group saving targets. Communication on top management level in (e.g. local management board) and outside the Group as a strategic ambassador in relationship to Group targets. Local specifics: Group wide spare parts responsibility: Communicate strategic and site-specific messages to spare parts teams and customers; translate objectives, optimize team organization, foster synergy, share best practices, and develop/implement individual development plans. Identify and implement action plans to optimize processes/tools; coordinate cross-functional resources; deploy Group procurement for Spare Parts. Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, ppm) and implement corrective actions; ensure Business Continuity Management for spare-related topics (Last Time Buy, spare supplier resourcing). 💫 THE MISSIONS Management of procurement standards -Responsibility for steering of local country procurement activities for direct procurement and ensuring appropriate training and staffing -Oversight for other Procurement team members e.g Indirect procurement, Project procurement, cost analysis and Procurement excellence -Create when relevant and implement country procurement strategy, following the group procurement strategy, support implementation of group wide agreed material group strategies. -Managing all Procurement processes related to ISO norms to maintain plant certifications Supplier management -Negotiation of costs and terms by using all available procurement levers (incl. batch-sizes, packaging and transport concepts). -When relevant conduct and evaluate RFQs and quotation within the local awarding conferences. -Conclusion and amendments of contracts/agreements on a local basis. -Responsibility for a qualified local supplier portfolio, aligned supplier assessment, selection and development for local demands. -Manage and resolve all local issues with suppliers (quality topics, supply chain disturbances, technical changes (e.g. PCN)) considering internal and external stakeholders. -Conduct risk mitigation plan and relationship management for local suppliers. Product launches Support of new launches and transfer of production plant (related series parts including external production tools), phase-in and phase-out of new products. Budget and forecast Responsible for the saving and expenditure (personnel, OPEX, CAPEX, etc.) budgets of the local procurement department, providing the regular monitoring, analysing of deviations and taking the necessary actions. Process management Ensure usage and continuous improvement of procurement processes and IT tools. Data management Responsibility for in-time and clean data and document quality (material price planning and tracking, mater data quality and maintenance, creation of LPA/LPC, purchasing orders, relevant supplier documents (RoHS, REACH, Audit certificates, Contract-Annexes etc.). Project Management Coordination and management of local procurement projects with focus on cost-optimized, quality proved, in-time availability of production material. Foster collaboration and cross-border initiatives with production, quality, R&D and supply chain trams to support operational excellence and innovation in sourcing Member of local management board : Steering PDC, Plant Comex, Plant Cosite
