Based in Paris, the HR Consultant (80%) provides senior operational and administrative HR support for Asendia Management France. The role is mainly focused on day-to-day HR administration, payroll preparation, absences and working-time follow-up, mandatory formalities, provider coordination, HR reporting and process documentation. It requires accuracy, autonomy, confidentiality and follow-up in an international environment where English is the working language. Your tasks HR administration & employee lifecycle • Ensure day-to-day HR administration: personnel files, contracts, amendments, certificates, letters, employee data, archiving and HRIS updates., • Coordinate starters, leavers, transfers and contractual changes, including formalities, signatures, payroll impacts and provider updates. Payroll, absences & working-time controls • Collect, check and transmit monthly payroll inputs for both entities with the external payroll provider., • Review payroll outputs, investigate discrepancies and monitor sick leave, paid leave, RTT, working time and supporting documents. Mandatory formalities, benefits & providers • Manage exchanges with occupational health, health insurance, provident schemes, social security bodies and HR service providers., • Prepare and track affiliations, declarations, attestations, renewals, employee updates, exit formalities and supporting documents. HR reporting, compliance & data reliability • Prepare statutory, regulatory and Group HR reporting for Geopost, La Poste and internal stakeholders., • Secure HR data quality across HRIS, payroll files, absence trackers, headcount reports, audit files and internal controls. Recruitment & onboarding administration • Support recruitment administration: job descriptions, postings, interview coordination, offer preparation and pre-employment formalities., • Coordinate onboarding with managers, IT, Finance, payroll and service providers; support internal mobility follow-up. Process documentation & HR systems • Formalise HR procedures, checklists and templates, and support HRIS, SAP and HR self-service initiatives through data checks, testing and issue tracking. Your profile Education • Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Administration or equivalent. Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar HR administration / HR generalist position in France., • Proven experience in an international, matrix environment where English is the daily working language., • Strong operational experience with French payroll coordination, employee administration, absences, working time, benefits, occupational health and social bodies., • Experience with HRIS, SAP or HR self-service tools, process documentation and HR data controls. Skills • Perfect command of French and English, written and spoken, including the ability to draft precise HR, administrative and employee-facing documents in both languages., • High attention to detail, strong sense of deadlines and ability to manage repetitive administrative checks without losing accuracy., • Excellent Excel and HR data skills, with the ability to reconcile information from payroll, HRIS, providers and internal trackers., • Discreet, autonomous, reliable and comfortable working with confidential information and multiple stakeholders.
