Mission Overview This is a Senior Account Executive role focused on core sponsorship, not a separate activation-only position. The gap we are filling is not a new sales vertical — it is the depth required to sell the full RAISE platform with credibility. As Senior AE, you will own a high-value book of business and sell the Summit, the Hackathon, and the Startup Competition as one integrated proposition. You will hold credible conversations with CMOs and partnership leads at AI-native companies — model providers, infrastructure players, dev tools — as well as large tech enterprises. Not surface-level pitch decks. Real fluency in the space: who the companies are, what they build, and why RAISE matters to their GTM. The Hackathon and Startup Competition are core to RAISE’s value proposition and increasingly where differentiated sponsorship revenue sits. The right person understands that intuitively and can sell a 36sqm booth and a hackathon track sponsorship in the same conversation — because they understand why a company would want both. You report to the Head of Sales — RAISE Summit, and work in close partnership with the transversal CoE functions (RevOps, Customer Success, Marketing, Content, Ops). Key Responsibilities Full-Platform Sponsorship Sales • Own the full sales cycle across the integrated RAISE offering: Summit sponsorships, Hackathon tracks and prizes, and Startup Competition partnerships., • Build deal architectures that combine booth, branding, hackathon, and startup competition components — priced and positioned as a single, coherent GTM play for the sponsor., • Sell to CMOs, Heads of Partnerships, Developer Relations leads, and Strategic Marketing executives at AI-native companies and large tech enterprises., • Close high-value sponsorships and the ambition to build a €1.8M+ book of business. Buyer-Side Fluency & Strategic Account Coverage • Maintain genuine depth on the AI buyer landscape: model providers (foundation, open-source, vertical), infrastructure (compute, inference, GPU clouds), dev tools, data and evaluation platforms, agent frameworks, and the enterprise tech stack adopting them., • Map and prioritize target accounts based on their GTM motion. Understand why a hyperscaler, a GPU cloud, and a model lab each need RAISE for different reasons., • Run consultative discovery: identify the sponsor’s pipeline goals, developer-reach objectives, and ABM targets, then translate those into the right combination of Summit, Hackathon, and Startup Competition assets., • Be a credible peer in the room. Pipeline, Outbound & Retention • Generate new business across France and select international markets through highly personalized outbound, executive-level outreach, and ecosystem networking., • Own rebooking and account expansion for assigned strategic accounts: protect renewal revenue and grow share-of-wallet across the platform., • Manage a fast-moving pipeline with short sales cycles; keep Hubspot, Monday.com Sales boards, and YouSign contracting workflows clean and current., • Represent RAISE at industry events, partner gatherings, and on-site at the Summit — hosting Tier-1 sponsors and prospects. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with the Hackathon and Startup Competition leads on product evolution, pricing, and packaging — you are the voice of the buyer inside the building., • Work with Marketing on ABM campaigns and sponsor enablement materials, and with Customer Success on flawless onboarding-to-rebooking., • Feed structured market intelligence back into Content and Strategy: what AI buyers are spending on, what they are no longer spending on, and where RAISE needs to evolve. Profile Required • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a clear track record of closing high-value, complex deals (€50K+ ACV) to senior buyers — CMO, Head of Partnerships, VP Marketing, Head of Developer Relations., • Demonstrable fluency in the AI ecosystem: you can speak credibly about model providers, GPU/inference infrastructure, dev tools, and the GTM motions of AI-native companies., • Experience selling sponsorship, partnership, or platform-style products — ideally in events, media, developer ecosystems, or enterprise marketing., • Strong consultative selling instinct: discovery-first, architecture-led, multi-stakeholder., • Full professional fluency in English (French is a plus)., • Hunter and closer mindset — self-starter, disciplined CRM hygiene, comfortable owning a number., • Genuine intellectual interest in Generative AI — you follow the space because you find it interesting, not just because it’s your patch. Ideal • Existing relationships with CMOs and partnership leads at AI-native companies (model labs, infra players, dev tools) and/or large tech enterprises., • Prior experience selling into developer-marketing or hackathon-sponsorship budgets., • Track record of building €1M+ books of business in a high-velocity, founder-led environment., • Based in Paris.
