Digital Content Strategy Intern Location: Paris, France Duration: 4–6 months Start Date: July 2026 About the Role Banijay is looking for a Digital Content Strategy Intern to join its Global Digital Content team. Working directly with the Global Digital Content Lead, this role sits at the intersection of data, content strategy, creator culture, and digital innovation. The intern will help Banijay better understand the performance of its digital IPs and social initiatives across international markets, while also identifying emerging opportunities within the fast-evolving creator economy. This internship is ideal for someone who is both highly analytical and deeply passionate about digital content, someone who enjoys working with performance data as much as spotting the next content, creator, or platform trend before it scales. The role combines: • Digital performance analysis, • Strategic content and creator intelligence, • Partnership coordination, • Trend forecasting and innovation support You will contribute directly to shaping Banijay’s future digital and social media initiatives through insight-driven recommendations and creative strategic thinking. Your Core Responsibilities Digital Performance Analysis & Strategic Reporting • Analyze the performance of Banijay’s digital IPs, social channels, and content initiatives across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and emerging platforms., • Monitor and interpret KPIs including:, • Views, • Watch time, • Engagement, • Audience growth, • Retention, • Reach, • CTR, • Community performance, • Track and benchmark the digital initiatives of Banijay’s international labels and subsidiaries to identify best-performing strategies, formats, and audience behaviors., • Build recurring performance reports, dashboards, and strategic analysis documents for internal stakeholders., • Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations to support content, audience, and publishing strategies., • Identify growth opportunities and emerging performance patterns across markets and platforms. Creator Economy & Content Intelligence • Monitor the creator economy ecosystem, platform evolutions, and emerging digital storytelling trends., • Identify new creator formats, viral mechanics, editing styles, platform behaviors, and audience consumption shifts., • Research creators, digital studios, entertainment brands, and innovative content strategies shaping the future of media., • Organize and structure ongoing trend and content research to support strategic thinking across the group., • Produce strategic notes, inspiration decks, and creative intelligence reports designed to inspire new digital initiatives and operations. Social Media Partnerships & Innovation Support • Support the follow-up and coordination of partnerships with social media platforms and digital ecosystem partners., • Help identify new partnership opportunities, creator collaborations, and platform activations., • Participate in brainstorming and innovation discussions around new digital formats, creator-led initiatives, and audience engagement opportunities., • Act as a proactive force of proposal for new content ideas, experiments, and digital operations. Internal Knowledge Sharing & Coordination • Contribute to internal newsletters, presentations, and insight-sharing initiatives for Banijay’s global digital teams., • Support the preparation of workshops, webinars, trend sessions, and innovation presentations., • Assist the Global Digital Content Lead on strategic cross-market initiatives, including creator and digital innovation programs. Your Profile • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or final-year Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field., • Strong passion for digital content, creators, entertainment, and social media ecosystems., • Highly analytical with a strong interest in performance data, audience insights, and digital strategy., • Comfortable working with analytics platforms, dashboards, reporting tools, and social listening tools., • Naturally curious and constantly exploring new trends, creators, and platform innovations., • Strong organizational and research skills with the ability to structure and synthesize large amounts of information., • Ability to transform insights and observations into strategic recommendations and actionable ideas., • Proactive, detail-oriented, autonomous, and creative., • Excellent writing and presentation skills., • Fluent in English and French. Tools & Skills Appreciated Experience with or strong interest in the following tools is a plus: • Excel / Google Sheets, • Power BI, • Canva, • Social listening and analytics platforms An interest in using AI tools and creating lightweight AI agents or automations to improve research, reporting, and workflow efficiency is also highly appreciated.
