About Chain of Events Chain of Events is a pioneering event organization company creating world-class, large-scale conferences at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and emerging technologies. Our portfolio currently comprises three flagship brands — and this is only the beginning. • Signal Week (formerly Paris Blockchain Week) — the global epicenter where Traditional Finance and the Digital Asset ecosystem converge., • RAISE Summit — the world's most influential gathering dedicated to Generative AI for Enterprise, bringing together the global 'AI Elite': from pioneering researchers and LLM founders to Fortune 500 CEOs and Tier-1 VCs., • Machina — dedicated to the Future of Robotics and Embodied AI, the premier stage for humanoid robotics, industrial automation, and autonomous systems. Our events bring together global leaders, innovators, investors, and regulators to spark dialogue and action across transformative industries. About Signal Week Signal Week is Europe's leading conference at the intersection of Traditional Finance and the Digital Asset ecosystem — a global gathering of 8,000+ attendees, including institutional investors, regulators, founders, and builders, held each spring in Paris. The event exists at the precise point where macro-finance, crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure, and regulatory policy converge. Our audience is not just 'crypto-native': it includes the world's most influential financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and policymakers who are now actively engaging with digital assets. That makes the programme both an intellectual challenge and a strategic responsibility. About the Role We are looking for a Content & Speaker Strategy Intern who has a real perspective on the blockchain and digital assets space — and who wants to help curate the conversations that define the industry's direction - 6 months paid internship starting in September 2026. You will contribute to the full editorial lifecycle of Signal Week: researching the market landscape, identifying and approaching the right voices, structuring panels and sessions with intellectual coherence, and ensuring smooth delivery on the day. This is not a support role. We want someone who reads the news, follows the debates, has views on what matters — and can turn that into a compelling programme. Key Responsibilities Programme Strategy & Editorial Conception • Contribute to the editorial vision of the Signal Week programme: identifying the key debates, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics that a senior TradFi and Web3 audience needs to engage with., • Research the digital assets ecosystem — blockchain infrastructure, tokenisation, DeFi, regulation, institutional adoption, stablecoins, CBDCs — to surface timely and substantive topics., • Propose and structure sessions, panels, and keynotes with a clear editorial logic, not just a list of well-known names. Speaker Research & Outreach • Build targeted lists of high-calibre speakers: executives from financial institutions, regulators, protocol founders, investors, researchers, and policy experts., • Write and send personalised outreach to prospective speakers; manage the relationship through to confirmation and preparation., • Brief confirmed speakers ahead of their sessions to ensure they are aligned with the session's intent and the event's overall narrative. Content Production & Coordination • Draft session descriptions, speaker bios, and programme copy that communicate the sophistication and ambition of Signal Week., • Work with the Marketing team to translate editorial content into compelling promotional materials., • Collaborate with the Sales team to integrate sponsored speaking slots without compromising editorial standards. Requirements Required • Native or full professional fluency in English (French is a plus; other languages welcome)., • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in finance, economics, journalism, political science, international affairs, or a related field — or equivalent experience., • Genuine, demonstrable interest in blockchain, digital assets, or the intersection of finance and technology: you follow the space and can engage meaningfully with it., • Strong research and writing skills — you can distil a complex topic into a sharp, focused session proposal., • Comfortable engaging with senior professionals, including C-level executives, institutional investors, and regulators., • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal Profile • Previous experience in editorial, content strategy, journalism, or events (internship or otherwise)., • Familiarity with the digital assets landscape: key protocols, market structure, regulatory frameworks (MiCA, etc.), and institutional dynamics., • An editorial instinct — the ability to distinguish between a topic that is trending and one that is genuinely worth debating., • The interpersonal confidence to reach out to a CIO, a DeFi founder, and a central banker in the same week — and make each feel the conversation is worth their time. Success Metrics The following KPIs will be used to assess your contribution and development during the internship: • Speaker pipeline: number of confirmed speakers sourced and onboarded through your direct outreach (target: meaningful share of the overall programme)., • Outreach conversion rate: ratio of speakers contacted to confirmed — reflecting the quality of your targeting and personalisation., • Editorial contribution: quality and relevance of session and panel topics proposed, assessed in regular reviews with the Head of Content., • Content delivery: all session descriptions, speaker bios, and briefing documents completed on time and requiring minimal revision. Why Join Chain of Events? • 6-month paid internship with lunch vouchers (tickets restaurant)., • Real editorial ownership — your research and outreach will directly shape Signal Week's programme, not just support it., • Access to 8,000+ of the world's most influential voices in finance, blockchain, and digital assets., • A fast-paced, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment where curiosity and initiative are genuinely valued., • Direct exposure to the leaders and debates shaping the future of money, markets, and digital infrastructure., • An experience that positions you at the frontier of one of the most consequential industry shifts of our time. How to Apply Send your CV and a short cover letter to: hr@chainof.events In your cover letter, tell us: which debate or topic in the digital assets space you think belongs on the Signal Week agenda in 2027 — and why.
