As part of TCS France Delivery, the Change Manager will lead the people-side of change for IT transformation programs and AI-led engagements. The role ensures successful adoption of new processes, platforms, and ways of working by applying structured change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning strategies across business and IT stakeholders. Role Overview • Primary objective: Drive change adoption and benefits realization for transformation programs (cloud, ERP, digital workplace, service management) and AI deployments (GenAI copilots, automation, analytics/ML products)., • Scope: End-to-end change management across multiple workstreams—process, technology, data, operating model, and culture—covering both business users and IT/run teams., • Key interfaces: Program/Project Managers, Product Owners, Enterprise/Domain Architects, Delivery Leads, HR, Communications, Learning teams, Security/Risk, and client stakeholders., • Reporting: Works under Program/Delivery leadership; provides regular status to Steering Committee and delivery governance forums. Key Responsibilities • Change strategy & planning, • Define and execute the Change Management Strategy aligned to program outcomes, delivery approach (Agile/SAFe/Waterfall), and client context., • Build and maintain an integrated Change Plan covering communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, readiness, and reinforcement., • Conduct change impact assessments (process, roles, skills, tools, controls) and maintain a change backlog with priorities and actions., • Stakeholder management, • Identify stakeholders and personas; assess influence/impact; define engagement approach and governance., • Run workshops, roadshows, and feedback loops with business leaders, SMEs, and end users; convert feedback into actionable improvements., • Coach sponsors, change champions, and people managers to lead change effectively., • Communication & engagement, • Develop communication narratives and messaging tailored to different audiences (executives, middle management, frontline users, IT operations)., • Create and manage communication assets: newsletters, FAQs, toolkits, intranet content, town halls, demo sessions, and release notes., • Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely communication on what is changing, why, when, and how users are supported., • Learning, enablement & adoption, • Define learning needs and training strategy; coordinate content creation with SMEs and learning teams., • Design role-based learning journeys (e-learning, instructor-led, hands-on labs) and support UAT/preview groups., • Plan hypercare and post-go-live support (floor-walkers, office hours, knowledge base) to accelerate adoption., • Readiness, measurement & benefits, • Define readiness criteria, conduct readiness assessments, and drive actions to close gaps prior to go-live., • Establish adoption KPIs (usage, satisfaction, proficiency, process compliance) and track progress using dashboards and surveys., • Partner with program leadership to link adoption metrics to benefits realization and continuous improvement., • AI change & responsible adoption (for AI engagements), • Support AI rollout with focus on user trust, ethical use, data privacy, and governance awareness., • Create enablement for new AI ways of working (prompting best practices, human-in-the-loop, escalation and exception handling)., • Coordinate change actions related to model updates, policy changes, and AI product releases., • Delivery governance, • Provide regular reporting on change activities, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in governance forums (OpCo/SteerCo)., • Maintain RAID logs for change-related items and ensure alignment with overall program plan., • Ensure change deliverables meet quality expectations and are delivered on time and within scope. Required Qualifications & Experience • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (master’s preferred)., • The candidate should be AI proficient., • Experience: 8-10 years in Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Change Enablement / Transformation roles within IT and business transformation programs., • Proven track record in at least two of the following: ERP/CRM rollouts, cloud adoption, digital workplace transformation, service management/SIIT/SIAM, data & analytics transformation, automation/RPA, or GenAI / AI product deployments., • Methods: Hands-on experience with Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change frameworks; familiarity with Agile/SAFe ways of working. (Prosci Certification), • Language: Fluent French and English (written and spoken) for France-based engagements., • Mobility: Willingness to travel within France/Europe depending on client needs.
