  • The​ ​Administration​ ​Manager​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​the​ ​administration​ ​of​ ​the​ ​daily​ ​running​ ​of​ ​both Clip​ ​n​ ​Climb​ ​and​ ​Bloc
  • Produce​ ​and​ ​maintain​ ​staff​ ​files
  • Manage​ ​bookings​ ​including​ ​vouchers,​ ​parties​ ​and​ ​instructors
  • Manage​ ​office​ ​administration​ ​including​ ​orders​ ​and​ ​stock
  • Help manage​ ​Rota and ‘Deputy’ (app) tasks
  • Assist​ ​with​ ​checking​ ​of monthly billing
  • Support​ ​cashing​ ​up​ ​requirements
  • Admin​ ​support to ​events
  • Manage​ ​stock​ ​room
  • Admin support​ ​to​ ​the​ ​Directors
  • Ensuring​ ​the​ ​customer​ support​ ​is​ ​kept​ ​to​ ​the​ ​highest​ ​standard
  • Knowledge of all BLOC policy documents including contracts, Risk Assessment and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support with incident and accident reporting
  • Reporting any complaints or daily issues to management.

    £13.25 – £13.5 hourly
