1.Prepare, produce and bake a high quality range of traditional Chinese pastries, including breads, wife cakes, mooncakes, pineapple cake, egg tarts, etc
2.Design and decorate cakes using various techniques
3.Develop new recipes and improve existing products that deliver innovation to our customers
4.Sets time and speed controls for mixing machines, or blending machines to ensure precise ingredient combination
5.Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients, and notify the senior member
6.Maintain a clean workspace at all times to ensure all baked goods meet health & safety procedures
7.Responsible for overseeing scheduled production to ensure orders are completed and fulfilled on time
