About the Role As the General Manager of Innoflate Livingston, you will take the lead in running a vibrant, fast-paced inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people-centred environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence • Lead all day-to-day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction, • Oversee Duty Managers and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed, • Maintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venue Café & Parties • Deliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standards, • Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service, • Oversee successful party and group event delivery Reception & Guest Experience • Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage, • Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards, • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly Health & Safety • Complete daily venue safety checks, • Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations, • Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team People & Culture • Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences, • Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans, • Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment Financial Leadership • Manage payroll, banking, petty cash, and invoice submissions, • Support revenue generation and maintain cost control in line with company forecasts, • Present monthly performance updates to the Senior Leadership Team What We’re Looking For • Minimum 3 years’ management experience, • An enthusiastic person boasting a sincere passion for developing people, • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment, • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, • Eligibility to work in the UK Be Part of Something Bigger If you're an energetic and people-focused leader ready to join a thriving, exciting leisure brand, we’d love to hear from you.
