The Role We have x2 vacancies for skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our customers, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Responsibilities: • Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner., • Taking drink orders and serving guests with efficiency and accuracy., • Preparing and crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences and our menu., • Demonstrating knowledge of various cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers., • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked., • Handling cash transactions and accurately processing payments., • Engaging with customers, building rapport, and ensuring their overall satisfaction., • Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations., • Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy and reputable establishment is preferred., • Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation., • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Outstanding communication and listening skills., • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness., • £450 Gross Refer-a-friend scheme (unlimited referrals!), • 50% discount on F&B onsite, • Reward and discounts platform, • SmartTech and CycleToWork schemes, • Access to delicious on shift meals

The Role We are looking for a natural people person, expert cocktail crafter, and outstanding Bar Supervisor to help lead the beverage offering at 1.Warwick. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day bar operations during shifts, • Lead, motivate, and support bar staff, • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times, • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, • Maintain stock control, ordering, and wastage management, • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards, • Open and close the bar when required, • Previous experience working in a bar (supervisory experience preferred), • Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, beers, and spirits, • Good understanding of licensing laws and responsible alcohol service, • Confident leadership and communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • £450 Gross Refer-a-friend scheme (unlimited referrals!), • 50% discount on F&B onsite, • Reward and discounts platform, • SmartTech and CycleToWork schemes, • Access to delicious on shift meals
