The restaurant Made in Italy is seeking for an experienced Bartender with a good knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails. The restaurant is located in Chelsea, SW3 5EL. About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bar supervisor to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. The role requires an interest in mixology and provides creative freedom to design new drinks. Responsibilities Organisation across both Oma and Agora bars to ensure that the staff and the service are operating efficiently. Assisting the bar manager with ordering and invoices. We’re looking for a an assistant manager to join the team at The Boilermaker. The Boilermaker is an independent neighbourhood cocktail pub which opened in Dec 2023. We are all about cold beer, classic cocktails and good wine. As a manager, you’ll provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. As a manager you will lead the team, run shift and help with running the day to day venue with admin tasks such as rota, stock control etc. This role is 4 days per week (40 hours) and must be available on weekends.
