Main Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and other financial documents. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation. Support the payroll process by maintaining accurate employee records and processing timesheets. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
