Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple IT disciplines, including IT operations, network administration, system administration, and digital management. Additionally, experience in computer game testing will be an advantage. This role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage IT infrastructure, networks, and digital platforms efficiently. Key Responsibilities: IT Operations & Support: Maintain and support IT systems, networks, and hardware. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related problems. Ensure data backups, security patches, and software updates are performed regularly. Computer Games Testing: Conduct manual and automated testing of video games to identify bugs and performance issues. Report and document game defects, glitches, and inconsistencies. Work closely with game developers to ensure quality and playability. Test games across different platforms and devices for compatibility. Digital Administration & IT Technician Responsibilities: Manage digital tools, platforms, and software systems. Support website and database management. Handle IT assets, software licensing, and system upgrades. Maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Network & Systems Administration: Configure and maintain network devices, servers, and cloud-based systems. Monitor cyber-security threats and implement security protocols. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize network performance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control. Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled IT Operations Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to ensure high availability and performance of IT services. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers to ensure uptime and security Provide first-line technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Install, configure, and update software and operating systems Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures Maintain security measures, including antivirus, firewall, and access control systems Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures Support cloud-based services and virtualization technologies Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry best practices Manage IT assets, including hardware inventory and software licenses Skills and Qualifications: ✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools and cybersecurity measures Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, printers, servers) ✅ Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload ✅ Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
