We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Counter Assistant at our builders merchants shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, enabling them to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers daily, assisting them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Process orders and manage transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
