Key Responsibilities:

• General administrative assistance within the office

• Answering inbound enquiries

• Credit Control/Purchase ledger

• Banking

• Managing client databases

• Record accurate file notes on the clients system

• Mail Handling & Filing

• Handling & Scanning important documents

Required Skills:

• Confident communicator

• Accuracy & attention to detail

• IT literacy

• Use of spreadsheets, word documents

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Keen to learn & develop

• Sage 50 experience desirable
