Office focused with flexibility to work from home \n Monday to Friday, 7 hour days \n Closing date: 11 January 2026\n Interviews expected: mid to late January 2026\n You'll play a pivotal role as a primary point of contact with our valued members, offering expert legal advice and support within a scheme of delegated responsibility. You'll also collaborate with our exceptional colleagues and contribute towards MDDUS' values and customer promises under the guidance of our Legal Services leadership team. \n This role will primarily focus on litigation, and interested applicants should have previous clinical negligence and regulatory experience as well as a good understanding of procedures in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.
