What You'll Do You'll take control of the breakfast service and make sure all guests receive a delicious & memorable breakfast Set up and break down the breakfast You'll understand all details around daily specials, menu changes and special (dietary) needs of guests Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins Monitor incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods You'll maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen You'll put away all deliverables in an organized and timely matter Monitor accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions Who You Are Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience in a similar role at a similar level kitchen Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques You're available during the mornings between the hours of 6:00 - 15:00 (Monday - Friday) You’re legally allowed to work in the UK What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Leader to help lead our kiosk operations and support the continued growth of the business. The Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and leading by example. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, food preparation, and operational responsibility. Please note: From Monday to Friday, shifts are typically operated by a single team member. Therefore, the successful candidate must be confident working independently, managing customer service, food preparation, cash handling, stock management, and kiosk operations without direct supervision.
