Katie is non-verbal and thrives on routine, gentle support, and one-to-one care from people who respect her needs and truly see her. She enjoys familiar surroundings, music, and meaningful connection in her own way. This role is about helping Katie live her life with comfort, dignity, and stability. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support with daily routines. Assist with meals, dressing, and hygiene in a respectful, person-centred way.
