We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be joining a well-known company in the region and will play a pivotal role for the smooth growth of our business. We are currently in need of a skilled Business Development Manager to match the expansion of our business and to meet the enhanced customers’ demand.
Key Job Duties and Experience:
The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following:

Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, events, and group bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, footfall, and average spend per customer.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute local promotions, social media campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
Manage and coordinate private dining, catering, and event bookings from enquiry to delivery.
Conduct market research to monitor competitors, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop partnerships with delivery platforms, local influencers, and nearby businesses to enhance visibility.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service, menu offerings, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular performance reports on sales, business leads, and marketing effectiveness.
Represent the restaurant at local business events, trade shows, and community initiatives to promote growth.

In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. You need to be flexible, self-motivated, organised and time sincere. You must have the ability to work independently as well as a part of team having excellent attention to details.

Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable.
