We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be joining a well-known company in the region and will play a pivotal role for the smooth growth of our business. We are currently in need of a skilled Business Development Manager to match the expansion of our business and to meet the enhanced customers’ demand.
Key Job Duties and Experience:
The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, events, and group bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, footfall, and average spend per customer.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute local promotions, social media campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
  • Manage and coordinate private dining, catering, and event bookings from enquiry to delivery.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitors, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop partnerships with delivery platforms, local influencers, and nearby businesses to enhance visibility.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service, menu offerings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular performance reports on sales, business leads, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Represent the restaurant at local business events, trade shows, and community initiatives to promote growth.

In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. You need to be flexible, self-motivated, organised and time sincere. You must have the ability to work independently as well as a part of team having excellent attention to details.


Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable.
