    We are seeking a Mobile Garden Maintenance Team Leader, with a UK approved driving license, to join our friendly team. We take pride in the upkeep of high-end gardens and natural environments in SW London and Surrey. This is a great career opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a variety of outdoor spaces, with a keen interest in horticulture. Key Responsibilities: • Leadership of the Maintenance team, • Training team members in garden care and operation of garden machinery, • Ensuring Schedules are adhered to, • Site management, • Communicating effectively and efficiently, with clients, office staff and other team leaders, • Carrying out Seasonal garden care, • Mowing, Pruning and hedge trimming, • Hard surface cleaning, • Management of vehicle care, tools & equipment, • Loading & unloading of garden machinery and garden waste What we are looking for: • An enjoyment of working outdoors in a natural environment, • A driver, with good leadership skills, • Physical strength (for working long hours), • A “can-do” reliable attitude and good work ethic, • Good time management & punctuality Requirements: • Abilityto meet the team in New Malden at 7 am each morning, • Driving licence Essential (UK approved), • Proven leadership skills, • Previous Garden Landscaping or Maintenance experience essential, • Physical strength, motivation, and reliability, • Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer: • Immediate start, with lots of hours, • Starting salary of £18 to £20 per hour DOE, • Company vehicle for mobile work, • Uniform provided, • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), • Ongoing training opportunities, • Good career progression

    Experienced Gardener PNM Gardening and Landscaping – South West London Self-employed contract | Full-time | Minimum 45 hours per week PNM Gardening and Landscaping is a family-run business looking for an experienced, hard-working gardener to join our team. This is not a casual gardening role. We are looking for someone with solid gardening experience who takes pride in their work and wants consistent full-time work maintaining gardens to a high professional standard. You will be working across residential and selected commercial properties across South West London delivering reliable and high-quality garden maintenance. The Role You will be responsible for delivering professional garden maintenance while representing the company professionally on site. This is a hands-on role requiring good plant knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include: Correct pruning of shrubs, hedges and small trees Lawn care programmes and seasonal maintenance Laying turf and basic lawn installations Plant identification and plant care Maintaining garden structure and presentation Working independently to high standards Communicating professionally with clients when required Responsibility for tools and equipment All scheduling, bookings and client management are handled centrally.
