Think amazing southern Indian plates designed to share, banging cocktails with Tamil spice and a happy, friendly and welcoming team.  That’s where you come in! We’re looking for experienced Supervisors to lead the team in giving the best in class service. Experience in a similar casual dining concept is preferred, but similar hospitality management experience will be considered. The role will include opening and closing the venue, training the team and maintaining our high standards.

Needed extra full time staff for central London cafe restaurant to prepare the foods in the kitchen, 7:00Am-3:30Pm 5 days (Monday to Friday) Hourly pay according to experience.start from £13 per hours. Experience needed specifically in food preparation and handling and training will be provided.

Knowledge of the Hospitality industry. Proven experience as a chef. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurized environment. Knowledge of Health and Safety Guidelines. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferer.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen role. - Excellent organisational and time-management skills. - Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen regulations. - Passionate about food and providing a high-quality dining experience. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Head Chef required for an intimate location with a max of 35 covers for lunch and dinner. Experience Mediterranean and European Cuisine preferred.
