We are currently seeking a polished and service-oriented Private Dining Room Waiter to join our esteemed team. As a Private Dining Room Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exclusive and personalized dining experience for guests in our private dining spaces. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in private dining rooms., • Set up and prepare private dining spaces according to guest preferences and specifications., • Take precise and detailed food and beverage orders, showcasing a thorough knowledge of the menu., • Ensure seamless and timely service, anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations., • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain an efficient and harmonious workflow., • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with finesse and courtesy., • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the private dining areas., • Collaborate and support the restaurant floor team for "A la carte" service when there are no events on-site. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Private Dining Room or Events Waiter, • Exceptional customer service and communication skills., • Thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with precision., • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience., • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast paced and dynamic kitchens but most importantly take pride in the food you create. You’ll be cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out and be working with amazing, fresh produce from some of the best suppliers in the country alongside a well-established and tight knit team.
