We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our back-of-house team. You’ll work closely with our senior chefs to deliver beautifully presented dishes, uphold the highest kitchen standards, and bring a sense of pride and creativity to every service.


What you’ll do

  • Prepare and present dishes to GAIA’s exacting standards
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across your section
  • Support menu execution, stock control, and daily preparation
  • Carry out regular temperature checks and accurate record-keeping
  • Train and support junior team members
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during busy periods

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up in a high-end or high-volume restaurant
  • A genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine and premium ingredients
  • Excellent organisation, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • A desire to grow and develop within a world-class hospitality group
