Ballyhoo Hospitality & Big Mamma Group are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join the opening team of this new restaurant. The General Manager will lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, and team development, while embodying the values and standards of both groups on a daily basis. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy breakfast team at Dobar. You must have previous breakfast experience, work well as part of a team and be confident cooking eggs to perfection. You will assist the Head Chef in ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and orders go out quickly during our fast-paced service. You must also be comfortable working on the grill, keeping your section organised and covering the Head Chef on their days off. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised and able to stay calm and efficient during a very busy breakfast service.
