We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie for our new opening Italian restaurant in Chelsea . A senior chef de partie's responsibilities include: Running a section: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a section of the kitchen, such as the butcher, fish, or grill Maintaining standards: Ensure food quality and presentation are consistent, and that the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked Assisting the head chef: Help the head chef and sous chef with catering, and cover for the sous chef when they are away Training and managing staff: Train commis chefs, delegate tasks, and help other chef de parties stay motivated Ordering and stock control: Assist with daily ordering, and manage deliveries and stock rooms Ensuring compliance: Adhere to company and client policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations Reporting: Report complaints, compliments, and incidents to your line manager Running the kitchen: Run the kitchen in the absence of the head or sous chef .
