Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Cook to join their kitchen team on a temporary basis. About the Role: As an Assistant Cook, you will play a vital role in the kitchen, helping to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for a variety of clients. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a genuine love for cooking. The successful candidate will work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Support the head chef in menu planning and ingredient sourcing. Assist with inventory management and stock control.Our client is looking for a candidate who is: Passionate about cooking and food preparation. Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene practises. Able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to take on various kitchen duties as needed.
