We are looking for an experienced and creative individual to lead our kitchen operations and maintain our reputation for exceptional culinary experiences and world-class service. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation., • Develop and innovate menus, ensuring high-quality, handcrafted dishes that delight our guests., • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management., • Maintain stringent standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness., • Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste., • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction., • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations., • Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or lounge setting., • Strong culinary skills, knowledge in Persian/ Kurdish food and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes., • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities., • Proficient in menu development, food costing, and inventory management., • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including evenings and weekends., • A commitment to delivering exceptional culinary standards and guest experiences.
