EC Residential Ltd is looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking cleaner to assist with cleaning across our residential properties in London. The role will involve a variety of cleaning duties, including: Airbnb and short-let cleaning: Cleaning properties between guest stays, changing bed linen and towels, making beds, and ensuring properties are ready for the next guests. Laundry and linen management: Washing, drying, folding and replacing bedding and towels. End-of-tenancy cleaning: Thorough deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, windows and all other areas before new tenants move in. Pre-tenancy cleaning: Preparing properties to a high standard for incoming tenants. Communal area cleaning: Regular cleaning of residential blocks, including hoovering and mopping corridors, staircases, entrances and other shared areas.
