- Preparing classic cocktails (like a Mojito or Martini) and creating new ones using spirits, liqueurs, syrups, and fresh ingredients.
- Customer service
- Talking with guests, recommending drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
- Bar setup & maintenance
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised (glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits).
- Handling payments
- Taking orders, managing tabs, and processing payments.
- Knowledge of drinks
- Understanding flavour combinations, alcohol types, and presentation.
