Explaining the "Le Bab way" to eat our food - Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and any specials or promotions - Taking food and drinks orders - Ensuring orders are accurate and all relevant information is passed to the kitchen, bar and management - Ensuring allergen procedure is followed in every order - Owning your section, following the steps of service of Le Bab - Serving food and drinks to customers promptly and ensuring that they are satisfied with their selections - Check on customers periodically during their meal to ensure that they have everything they need and that their experience is going well - Clear tables promptly after customers finish their meals and ensure that the table is clean and ready for the next customers - Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
