Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence. Requirements Proven administrative experience, ideally within a sales or lettings environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing our service to a diverse clientele. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
