Lead, plan, and manage construction projects from design through to completion. 
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site managers, engineers, and other construction professionals. 
Monitor progress against schedule and budget, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures. 
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. 
Manage procurement of materials and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. 
Liaise with architects, surveyors, engineers, and clients to resolve design and technical issues.
Handle contractual obligations and variations, and prepare documentation for tenders and project handover. 
Oversee project staff performance and ensure a safe, productive working environment.
