The role. To co-operate and work with departmental colleagues and team members across the business, carry out tasks as designated and manage the day-to-day practical aspects of customer service in an organised, structured and professional way. The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction while maximising profitability. They manage F&B employees, time & attendance, budgets, service delivery and quality control, playing a key role in the overall guest experience. What it looks like. Ensure seamless daily operations, balancing efficiency with high service standards. Oversee guest satisfaction - seek feedback and implement satisfaction systems to continuously improve service delivery. Full responsibility for the P&L for F&B, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Drive cost efficiency across all departments while maintaining quality and service standards. Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Champion a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement. What you'll need. Experience with financial management and budget controls is useful for managing costs and ensuring profitability. Advanced knowledge of food and beverage systems and service delivery. Hospitality experience at a busy property Relevant experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. An understanding of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, is desired. Proficiency in hospitality POS technology systems, inventory management, stock ordering and reporting software. Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead and supervise team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely service, quality control, and effective communication. Monitor stock levels, oversee ordering, and manage supplier relationships to ensure adequate inventory. Control operating costs, minimise waste, and maximise profitability through effective resource management. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing legislation.

Plan, manage, and oversee residential construction and refurbishment project from start to completion. Discuss project requirement with client and ensure client need and expectation are fully understood and achieved. Prepare project schedule, monitor progress, and ensure each project is completed within agreed timeline and budget. Brief project team, contractor, and supplier on project objective, timeline, and performance expectation. Ensure all construction activity complies with health and safety regulation, building standard, and company policy. Identify, assess, and resolve project issue and risk to minimise delay and ensure continuous workflow. Prepare report, progress update, and project documentation for senior management and client review.
